We are a friendly, multi-cultural community church who meet for worship on Sunday mornings at
10.30am. Our services are informal and include a Bible based message, hymns (a mixture of traditional &
new), prayer and a time for sharing. Afterwards refreshments are served as we share a time of fellowship
together.

Underhill Baptist Church is a member of the London Baptist Association (LBA) and the wider group
of Baptists Together (Baptist Union) and we seek to serve the community in partnership with our
local Churches Together for Chipping Barnet, especially through the work of the Hope Corner
Community Centre on Mays Lane.
We believe in the importance of following the teaching of God’s word - the Bible, the value of believing
prayer, and trust in the power of God’s Holy Spirit working in us to do much more than we can ever ask for,
or even think of. In an ever changing world we are challenged to find ways of expressing our Christian faith
in ways that can bring transformation and hope within our local community.
